  • Such a loving and friendly place. The word spoken from the pulpit is accurate according to the bible. All week long i ponder the message. Thru RLM God will change your life. Open your life to Him
    God Bless you.

  • Real Life Ministries has been my home church for 4 years.
The community of Real Life is thriving as it offers genuine relationship in lifegroups and recovery groups. The people here are very welcoming not only on Sundays, but they actually make themselves available to do life with others throughout the week.
The doctrine from which Jim Putman preaches is theologically solid.
    Highly recommended!

  • I've been to Real Life maybe about five times for the Thursday evening services, but I probably won't return any time soon... and maybe never. The music is wonderful and the sermons are well thought out ... but I didn't feel especially drawn into the church as part of the family. Oh, they tried by asking for my name and contact information and all that - and I even got a free water bottle with their name on it. But I didn't feel like part of the congregation. I was an observer only. It is a great place to go on Thursday evening if you need to hear worship music and a short sermon. Be sure to take cash because they will pass the bucket and expect you to put something into it... and that brings me to why I probably won't return. The last time I was there I went because I was depressed and wanted to hear the music and feel uplifted. Then a woman came with that bucket and put it right in front of my face and I was kind of upset about that expectation that I should have money ready to donate then and there. I guess I just wasn't expecting it and was confused by what was expected of me. I was actually kind of embarrassed at being so unprepared for the donation. At the other church I was attending there's no passing of buckets and I usually donate online, so the bucket thing felt strange to me. Every time I've been to Real Life they have communion - I guess they do it at every service. They have a coffee house and also free coffee and tea available. The premises are clean and attractive.

  • Jim preached from the Bible and taught truth not false teaching. I want the word of God not something everything else others just want to hear. Thank you Jim!

Very disappointed by many things. They may preach the word but they lack the heart of Christ when it comes to actually helping people. They are not about helping strangers around the community who are in hurting so bad they are giving up all hope. They are not the only big Church in the area with this problem. I am without means, and I still was able to bring my wife and a home cooked meal and with the money we could have used to pay our electric bought this lady what she needed to stay warm. 18 hours later after trying to contact them and let them know of this one persons serious situation they still have not responded other than basically why did I give them a bad review. I have not gone into giving them a bad review over my personal situation with them, that only impacted more when they wont even ask more about a situation of a woman who needs help beyond the scope of what I can give. One was just the fact the lady needed to know people cared and loved, and who better than the Church. Well I guess Real Life Ministries is not about helping people outside of their "Church" or outside of their ideas of who should be helped.
